Foster an intimate and trusting relationship as we navigate the project lifecycle. It starts with a discovery meeting, an opportunity to identify your function, style and budgetary goals. Together we review inspiration photos in detail, a fact-finding mission on boundaries and desires. A platform to discuss wish lists items, all things design, anything that helps to communicate your vision and identify the program. 

FORM180 is 100% 3D, presenting our designs via 3D photorealistic renderings. Our elevated process provides you with a wholistic understanding of the designs. The renderings allow you to truly see the spaces, giving confidence to the design and decision making. As a champion for your budget, we work to allocate financial resources to adequately match the priorities as outlined in the program developed.

Our team

We work to refine the conceptual design, translating ideas into detailed plans and elevations. Generating a finish specification book and supplemental finish schedule, the definitive guides for contractors, ensuring accurate execution of the design.

Our role

We continue our service through construction, then our role pivots from Design lead to Design Liaison. An advocate for design, we schedule milestone walks with the General Contractor, a proactive measure in the efforts of clear communication and reduction of mistakes or oversites.
