Our process

It starts with a discovery meeting, an opportunity to identify your function, style and budgetary goals. We aim to foster an intimate and trusting relationship as we navigate the project lifecycle. Together we’ll discuss your vision by reviewing inspiration photos in detail, collecting wish list items, and anything else that helps to communicate your goals and identify the program.

We are 100% 3D, presenting our designs via 3D photorealistic renderings. We’ll provide you with a wholistic vie wand understanding of the designs. The renderings allow you to see the spaces so you have confidence in the design and decision making. As a champion for your budget, we work to allocate financial resources to adequately match the priorities as outlined in the program developed.

We’ll work to refine the conceptual design and translate ideas into detailed plans and elevations. The deliverables will be a finish specification book and schedule, which is the definitive guides for contractors and provides accurate execution of the design.

Our service continues through construction, then our role pivots from Design lead to Design liaison. We are your advocate for design, and we’ll schedule milestone walks with the General Contractor. We are proactive and strive for clear communication and reduction of mistakes or oversites.
